Ingredients
25 gram(s), Butter - Unsalted
1 clove garlic
1 pack, Potato Gnocchi
250 grams, chestnut mushrooms
100 g, Baby Spinach
2 large, Egg
Method
Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain well.
Heat frying pan and add half the butter. Tip in mushrooms, season, and fry on high heat for 3-4 mins until golden. Add garlic, toss for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add gnocchi to the mushroom pan with the spinach and rest of the butter. Toss together over the heat until the spinach wilts. Season, Serve topped with poached egg.
