Ingredients

74g maltesers, roughly crushed
2 tbs muscavado sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
410ml evaporated milk

Method

1. Pour evaporated milk into a large bowl. Add vanilla extract and sugar. Whisk with electric whisk until thick and foamy, until mixture is roughly three times original volume. 

2. Add maltesers and stir.

3. Tip mixture into rigid freezer container and freeze until firm. Before serving, remove from freezer for 10 mins so that ice cream softens slightly.
