Kim's Kedgeree

Ingredients

100 g, Grean peas
3 tblspn, Creme Fraiche
3 tbsp, Parsley, fresh
1 medium without peel, Lemon
4 large, Egg
1 tbsp(s), Rapeseed oil
1 tsp(s), Spices, curry powder
5 g, Butter
350 g, Fish, haddock, smoked
100 grams, Onion
2 leaf, Bay Leaf
150 g, Brown Basmati Rice

Method

Cook haddock in bayleaf and water, Flake

Boil eggs. Chop,.

Fry onion in butter. Add curry powder, then rice, then water to boil.  Add in peas for last 5 mins. 

When rice is cooked, add in haddock, creme fraiche, parsley, and eggs.
