Ingredients
16 fluid ounce double cream
397 g, Condensed Milk
1 tsp vanilla paste
Method
Whisk cream until peaks.
Whisk up condensed milk and vanilla paste.
Whisk in any other ingredients to the condensed milk (e.g. some blackberries, raspberries, chopped chocolate).
Add in liqueur - e.g. creme de cassis, tia maria, cointreau etc - about 2 tbs. (keeps ice cream a bit softer).
Fold condensed milk mixture into the double cream, and freeze.
