Slightly salted dark chocolate oatmeal biscuits

Ingredients

110g soft butter
110g granulated sugar
55g self-raising flour
28g pinhead oatmeal
55g porridge oats
1 level tbs cocoa powder
1 level tsp flakey salt

Method

Beat the butter and sugar together wll, then beat in the sieved flour, the pinhead oatmeal, porridge oats and cocoa powder, and lastly the flaky salt. Roll bits of the dough into small balls, between the palms of your hands, and put them, well spaced, on to a non-stick baking tray. Bake in a moderate heat, 180C, for 15-17 mins. Leave on their baking tray for a minute, then gently move each biscuit on the tray, then leave to cool completely before lifting them into an airtight container.
